"Art is a stream in constant motion" -this quotation is my motif in the continuous search for new artistic expressive possibilities for designing a picture.

My artistic career began with studying art in Bremen and at the "freie Kunsstudienstätte" in Ottersberg. Since then I have been represented in various artists' clubs, such as 'Klappstuhl' and 'Art Atlas' as well as numerous national and international galleries.
 
In the artist village of Worpswede I founded the painting and drawing school "Atelier alte Dorfschule" in 1995,
in which intensive courses and continuous weekly Courses are offered. These courses are suitable for beginners and advanced.
